Access to telephone after death?
Phones and tablets are highly secured. Without an access code, surviving relatives cannot access the data on these devices. Phone manufacturers and telecom companies generally refuse to comply with such requests, and if surviving relatives try to gain access themselves, they risk having the valuable content completely erased.
Using advanced equipment, Digital Life Legacy makes precious data on phones and tablets accessible legally and without data loss.

Costs for telephone & tablet access
The cost for making a phone or tablet accessible is €1149.00 including VAT, provided we are successful.
If, against all expectations, no results can be achieved, we will only charge a research fee of €149.00 including VAT.
If new technical solutions later become available that allow us to make the request, this amount will be deducted from the claim.
In some cases, it is possible to claim these costs from your home contents insurance. We can assist with the claim process, but we cannot guarantee anything.
After receiving your request, we will always contact you and provide instructions for registered mail, delivery, or collection.
